Aerospace Engineering. The really tough ones are Chemical, Electrical, Aerospace, and far beyond almost other major bar none is Nuclear Engineering. If you are unsure which specific type to choose, I would recommend Mechanical. It is still pretty hard but it is extremely versatile. Aerospace is just like a more specific physics oriented area of mechanical. I wish I could transfer to finance and phone in a 3.2 GPA rather than fighting for a 3.0 in engineering. Ultimately, it will be worth it. You will have slightly less fun than your friends in business and liberal arts. However it will be cool to come straight out of the gate from college with multiple job offers of over $60,000 almost guaranteed. It is also extremely interesting once you get your bull shit prerequisite courses out of the way, or so I am told.
